A simple definition of "Om" is "breath". Om is associated closely with the practice of yoga. Om Repair provides links (see lower right side of screen for yoga and other links) about yoga modifications, where to learn poses or asanas and how to use yoga to repair the disjointed relationship between the body, mind and spirit.
The author of Cherrystew (www.cherrystew.blogspot.com) is happy to announce the launch of a yoga website. My goal is to find lots of useful links for those who are interested in what yoga is all about.
